What TPMS tool are you using ? The Autel One sensors should  be programmed to the exact same Hex  IDs of the 4 old original sensors and the old sensors need to be kept far  away from the vehicle during and after programming the new sensors. I might be wrong , but believe the Autel One sensors are Dual range and transmit simultaneously in both the 315mhz and 433mhz ranges. I don't remember having a choice of setting the frequency to one or the other mhz range when programming them, but when selecting the correct vehicle on TPMS  tool you may need to know what mhz range the original sensors transmit in, and after updating the tool you might need to make sure in tool set up menu the correct Geographic area is selected.

I had a problem with that when i updated it and autel walk me threw it so i could changed  it to usa and then we reprogramed the sensers .
    The tool is TS508
Now 2018 cadillac Escalade  in that year will go 315mhz or 433mhz.
Its my Daughters Truck. she had  a 2017 tahoe and just bought new rims for it so they swiped them at the Dealer and the light was on so i just put new sensors in the wheels and there Autel .
So how can i find out what that cadillac is 315 or 433 ?  Dealer ? it is set for 315 now.
Now someone said there could be a probem cell phone chargers it has one built in the armrest.
